•  INSPECTION DURING PRODUCTION

Once the manufacture of your product has begun, we analyze the production and the quality assurance system.

The goal is to anticipate any drift about quality and specifications (technical and for time limits). Our data on the the manufacturing process of your product allow us to identify where the quality problems will occur (in the short term as well as in the long term).

We identify the quality controls on the process and identify if the executed tasks are useful and relevant. Indeed, materials and the way to use them are liked to the quality of your final product.

On request, we can also get in touch with an analysis laboratory to identify materials that were used. We check as well the real use of specified production unit.

We correct in time any process, to comply to your products' requirements specifications.

If any problem occurs, we will stop the production and call you immediately.

After this inspection, we describe all the productive system so that you can understand the manufacture process of your product as if you were there. Our inspection report includes observations and recommendations, to improve the product and its manufacturing process.

 

•  PRE SHIPMENT INSPECTION

We make inspection of finished goods that are ready to shipment, so as to guarantee their quality and conformity according to a dedicated procedure or, to a standard procedure (MIL-STD 105 E).

During our quality control, we keep in real-time our client aware of the situation of his order.

At the end of our audit, considering the number and the type of detected defects, we supply a report with our point of view on the manufacture and on the clearance to send (or not) finished products to client.

However, our client is free to listen or not to our advices. Along with you, we decide actions for the supplier to take : send goods, return of all or some goods. All checks are made before shipment, thus before payment. Final validation is made by you, not by the supplier.

We take delivery and check the documents sent with the devices : B/L, invoice, list of packing, assurance certificate.

On request, we can look out containers loading.

We can track the evolution of the critical parameters of your products by a CPK analysis (if it is relevant).
